Each insurer has its own pricing methodology. However, key factors that affect premiums include driving experience, age, no claims discount, vehicle model, vehicle value, driving frequency, where the vehicle is parked, and other relevant parameters.
You can access and subscribe through 尊龙凯时 official website, mobile app, and at the dealer’s shop where you will get guidance from the dealer who you purchase your 尊龙凯时 vehicle.
You can contact the claims phone number or access points stated in your insurance policy by calling or following the claims process outlined in your policy. These contact details and instructions are also available on the 尊龙凯时 Care website. Your policy generally covers you while abroad for up to 90 days in the countries listed in your policy. You do not need separate insurance when travelling in these countries, as the policy satisfies the minimum required local motor insurance requirements. We advise reviewing the “foreign use” or “use abroad” sections of your policy before travelling. The claims process while abroad remains the same: you should contact the claims contact points stated in your policy.
Each policy has its own list of exclusions. Some optional coverages clearly define what is not covered under those optional coverages. Please review the “what is not covered” sections of your policy carefully. In particular, cover may not apply if the vehicle is driven by a person who is not named or defined in the certificate of insurance as an authorized driver. The use of the vehicle must align with the definitions stated in the certificate of insurance. There are also standard exclusions, including but not limited to earthquake, civil unrest, war, terrorism, riots, cyber incidents, pollution, and sanctions. We strongly advise that you carefully read the exclusion list in your policy.
